The following
terms and conditions do not affect your
statutory rights.
Policy: - It
is always Masterfly’s policy to treat our
customers in exactly the same way we would like
to be treated ourselves. Our eyes strain at the
sight of small print, but it appears that not
only to add to our creditability but to comply
with new legislation (EC Distance Selling
Directive) we are required to offer you our own
'large print' version. You should note that your
statutory rights under the current consumer
protection laws are not affected (more
probably enhanced).
Prices: -
All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include
VAT at 17.5%. We reserve the right to change any
advertised price before you place an order.
Availability: -
All products and services are subject to
availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be
offered an alternative or given a full refund.
BACK ORDERS: -
If your item is not in stock, we will back order
for you. You will always be emailed with the
option to cancel your order if you would rather
not wait.
Credit card security: -
We take your security very seriously so for
your peace of mind all payments are processed
using the highest level of security available.
The page where you enter card information is SSL
secure - we never have your card information and
your details are never stored on computer and
there are no paper receipts.
Payment: -
Payment can be made by credit or debit cards
accepted by PayPal. A PayPal account is optional
in order to complete the payment process.
Payment will be debited from your account before
the despatch of your purchase. We will take all
reasonable care, in so far as it is within our
power to do so, to keep the details of your
order secure, but in the absence of negligence
on our part we cannot be held liable for any
loss you may suffer if a third party procures
unauthorised access to any data you provide when
accessing or ordering from our site.
Billing/Delivery address must match the
cardholders address. Please note that we are
unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
If you are
shopping from outside of the UK, place your
order and your credit card company will convert
the transaction to your own currency.
Making a purchase: -
Making a purchase could not be
easier. Just browse our website, select any
items that you wish to buy and put them into the
shopping cart. After you have finished your
selection, click on "View Cart" and go to
“Checkout”, you will be asked for a few details
that we need to process your order.
Delivery Charges: - Delivery
on any UK order is £2.50. On overseas orders we
only ship small items, such as flies and tying
materials.
Orders overseas will be charged at £4.50 on any
order.
Returns Policy: -
Any items returned for exchange or refund must
be returned in an unsoiled condition and in its
original packing. Claims for damage and
shortages must be advised within 7 days from
arrival. Please contact Masterfly before hand if
you wish any help with this process. Returns

Please put a
note with the package, of your order
number(PayPal Transaction ID, Item Number). We
regret that items returned without an order
number will not be processed.
For
International Returns (ie. from outside of
the EU) a Custom's Declaration stating that the
goods are being returned, either for replacement
or refund, must be included with the
Shipment. We are unable to accept International
Returns without this correct documentation.
Carriage Policy: - Delivery - Subject
to your payment being authorized and item/s
being in stock, we will dispatch all orders
within 48hours.
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box
addresses.

Delivery UK Customers:

Parcel Force or Insured Courier.

international postal service or via an
international courier service.

Cancellation: - Your right to cancel
an order - If you wish to cancel an order please

order reference number (PayPal Transaction ID,
Item Number) at the earliest possible time.
FLY PATTERNS: -
Please note that due to natural
variations in the materials used for our flies,
variations in the dyeing process, and individual
tying styles, flies purchased may differ
slightly from the photographs on the web site.
GUARANTEE: -
Our number one priority is customer
satisfaction; please contact us immediately if
you experience problems with any items that we
supply.
Law and Jurisdiction: -
Any contract for your purchase from
Masterfly is governed by and has to be
interpreted under the Law of England and
Northern Ireland, and you agree that such
contract will be subject to the non-exclusive
jurisdiction of these courts.

struggled to find more sympathetic wording on
this point without success, I fear)
DATA PROTECTION: -
We request your name and address to
enable us to provide you with an efficient
after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass your
name and address to ANY third parties.
Electronic Contract:
